Registration fees include full access to all sessions, the congress educational book (which contains presentations, cases, references and other items) and catered meals.

The total number of participants is limited and registration will be on “first come, first serve” basis.

!!!IMPORTANT!!! You will receive the invoice per mail! Then you will have 14 days within to pay. Please add your name and invoice number when you do the online payment, otherwise we can not assign your payment!!

We do not  accept responsibility for covering travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by registrants in the rare event that this program should be canceled for any reason.
